Blending Waste oil with deisel fuel and heating oil

What percentage can I blend filtered waste motor oil with diesel fuel and heating oil and not detrimentally affect the engine or the oil burner?
this practice while more common 10 - 20 years ago, is not recommended, particularly on modern diesel engines. Engine oil is not designed to combust, and deposits will start to build up within the engine, particularly around the piston, and turbo area, on modern engines the The exhaust system catalysts will be poisoned if exposed to excessive engine oil.
